With a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Amith began his leadership journey with established names like Bharti Airtel, Al Jaber Group, NeST Group, and BRD Group, where he led critical mandates in business operations and people strategy across geographies. In 2017, he co-founded Tattva Fincorp Limited, where he played a defining role in shaping the company’s lending operations, governance frameworks, and scale execution.
